After almost five years running, and being bootstrapped from day one, we’ve developed a strong handle on our costs and revenue at different sites around central London.

We’ve been operating in buildings that are certainly tired and at the end of their life yet have still been able to turn significant pounds per sq/ft. Having considered this in modelling hypothetical numbers (based on sq/ft and overall profit margin) in picking up our very own building, we’d easily cover the equivalent of a commercial mortgage subject to the appropriate interest rates and terms.

We’re open to conversations with institutions and private families who are looking to either invest in commercial real estate and/or private profitable businesses.
